What is the THRIVE Assessment?

The Assessment consists of two versions: one for the leader and one for his/her team. Each Assessment yields an overall THRIVE score as well as scores across six core categories, mirroring the acronym THRIVE: TRUST, HEALTH, RELATIONSHIPS, IMPACT, VALUE, ENGAGEMENT.

Trust

The level of trust experienced throughout the organization—between the leader and his/her team, among team members, and within the company as a whole.

Health

The physical and emotional well-being of the leader and the team.

Relationships

The depth and authenticity of relationships within the organization.

Impact

The extent to which individuals understand the purpose of their work and its impact on the company and broader community.

Value

The degree to which everyone feels needed and valued within the organization.

Engagement

The level of ownership, utilization of gifts, and growth opportunities experienced by the team.

In addition to these core categories, the Assessment evaluates four critical leadership principles required in today’s challenging marketplace:

Evaluates how well leaders understand themselves, their team, and the communities they serve.

Give Power Away:

Assesses the leader’s ability to ask for help, celebrate others, invest in the community, and measure the success of these efforts.

Build Cultural Competency:

Measures the pursuit of trust and relationships across different backgrounds and the creation of an environment where everyone can succeed.

Take Bold, Courageous Action:

Looks at the leader’s willingness to take unpopular but necessary actions, address unfair practices, and consider the company’s long-term impact on their community.

Ready to THRIVE?

Prior to administering the Assessment, a member of the 11 Ten Leadership team (11 Ten coach) will conduct a one hour Profile Meeting with the leader to better understand the leader’s story, leadership journey, motivations, and challenges. Also, the 11 Ten coach will conduct a brief meeting with the leader and his/her team to share the Assessment process and answer any questions they may have.

Each online Assessment takes approximately 20-25 minutes to complete. Once the Assessments are scored, the 11 Ten coach reviews the Assessment results with the leader during a one hour follow-up meeting and then during another separately scheduled one hour meeting with the leader and his/her team.

To date, over 200 executive leaders and 2,000 employees have participated in the THRIVE Assessment.
